Bacaro Doppio is a casual, stylish living room dedicated to lovers of authentic Italian coffee, wine and delicacies. At Bacaro Doppio, you can drink an espresso prepared by a real barista, enjoy a light lunch, treat yourself to artisan ice cream or grab tasty snacks to take with you. Porvoo Roastery Bar & Cafe is situated in an old red brick riverside warehouse. On the terrace or the Barge you can enjoy the river view and have a drink from the fully licensed bar. Freshly roasted coffee is always on sale, also to take home with you or give as a gift. Inside the warehouse the solid brick walls, log beams and candles create a special atmosphere. The second floor of the warehouse provides facilities for functions and meetings. You are also welcome to have a look round our coffee roastery at Jokikatu 4!

The manor’s own organic meats BBQ’d to perfection, BBQ veg and other options also on the menu. Deli, café-restaurant and organic butcher open year round right beside the manor’s extensive nature trails. Fully licensed for wine and spirits, as well as local beers to take away. Benitas Café is a genuine islander’s café at Pellinki, Sandholmsudden, visitor harbour (approx. 35 km from Porvoo town centre). The café is easily accessible either by car or by boat. There is also an outdoor market on summer Saturdays. Benitas Café is a fully-licensed café with guest moorings, emptying point for septic tanks, sauna and laundry facilities, fuel sold and drinkable water.

Bistro Gustaf is a French bistro and café with an atmosphere of a local restaurant. You can find us from a central location in Porvoo town centre, at the intersection of the Old and New Porvoo. You can celebrate family occasions and corporate events in our comfortable meeting room, and larger events for up to a hundred people can be organised in our value property’s banquet hall. Bistro Mestari offers a taste of history and enjoyable food in Old Porvoo. On the menu you’ll find old traditional classics as well as familiar modern favourites. Café Jemma offers an experiential break with delicious treats prepared in its own kitchen, set in the stunning archipelago landscape of Porvoo. It is located on the shore of Elämyspoukama on the island of Emäsalo in Porvoo. The café is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or boat. The largest coffee chain in the Nordic countries, Espresso House, has opened a café in the Lundi shopping center.

The story of Espresso House originates from the desire of two students, Charles and Elisabet Asker, to find a favourite place to spend time at. They opened a small café on Lund’s Kyrkogatan in Sweden, which was inspired by the Italian coffee culture and a living room-like milieu. Since then, that small café has grown into the largest café chain in the Nordic countries, with almost 500 cafés in five different countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and, most recently, Germany.

Fabriken is a versatile lunch restaurant with catering services located at the Art Factory, which provides a wonderful setting for many purposes and occasions. Here you can order interim catering for the Art Factory events, come for lunch with work collegues or a group of friends, or organize a private event. Fabriken also prepares the catering for meetings and events organized at the Art Factory.

In summer 2012 an inviting new restaurant-bar was opened in a stone house built in 1763 by Gabriel Hagert, Mayor of Porvoo. The restaurant is located on Raatihuoneentori Square. A stylish, relaxed and warm socializing and dining restaurant, on the edge of Runeberg park and next to Porvoo market square. Rafael’s is a local family business since 2009.

Rafael’s started from our family’ holiday to Spain. The idea of ​​establishing a steakhouse was born – we wanted to bring something new and different to Porvoo. Passionate planning was quickly followed by implementation. From the beginning, the most important thing for us has been the comfort, relaxation and good food of our customers.
The restaurant is also open every day of the week almost all year round and offers not only high-quality A’la Carte options but also lunch on weekdays.

Restaurant Ranta-Aitta is located in the lovely red-ochre warehouses of Old Porvoo, right by the river. Our menu is inspired by Japanese and nikkei-style food. We have a lovely large terrace and a warm interior in red-ochre warehouses. The warehouses have a long history and have been used for example as salt storage, J.L. Runeberg’s home and  the history now continues as a restaurant. The restaurant can also be reached by boat. Dogs are warmly welcome. You can also reserve a fireplace shed under the winter season. The space has a wonderful fireplace and seating for 25 persons. There is also a space upstairs where you can hold meetings, screen and projector are available.

To honour summer we have opened a great new steak restaurant. We welcome you to our summer restaurant Fryysarinranta to enjoy the riverside atmosphere and our delicious food from the barbecue. Even with a large group you can admire the magnificent view from the terrace and the idyllic Old Town milieu. We have seating for 150 in the restaurant, half on the riverside terrace and half inside the two-storey 19th century warehouse. We invite you to have lunch or dinner, coffee or drink, or just to relax with beer.

From autumn to spring, we are open on order and as a meeting room. Depending on the table formation, we have heated customer premises for 30–40 people, and our premises are also excellently suited for smaller groups. You can enjoy the idyll of Old Porvoo regardless the season.

In this coffee shop of the famous Robert’s Coffee chain, professional coffee is brewed from freshly roasted grains, only here you can try the coffee blend Habanero with a peach and almond flavour with a sweet aftertaste. Porvoo’s little Italy, a truly Italian, atmospheric restaurant Trattoria Nonna Sophia is located in the center of Porvoo on the doorstep to Old Porvoo. Napolitan pizzas are baked over an open fire in an Italian stone pizza oven. In addition to pizzas, the a la carte menu also includes tasty antipasti and traditional pastas and risottos. In May 2017, a newcomer appeared in the streets of Old Porvoo. An ice-cream kiosk was opened in Gabriel Hagert’s alley hosted by an ice cream master and Michelin-starred Samuli Wirgentius. Artisan ice cream made in small batches immediately captured the hearts and stomachs of the Porvoo people. The city’s best ice cream was born at the Old Porvoo Ice Cream Factory – with one man, respecting local raw materials. Ice cream stands are open during summer time 15.4.-30.9. in three different locations: Gabriel Hagertin Kuja, Itäinen Rantapromenadi 14 ja Tykkipuisto.

Vanhan Porvoon panimo is a microbrewery located in the Old Town of Porvoo. In an old 19th century building along Rihkamakatu you will find the Vanhan Porvoon panimo Taproom & Brewery Shop. The Taproom offers a cozy atmosphere for enjoying the brewery’s ever-changing assortment of craft beers. You can either choose your beer from 10 different taps or buy beers to go from the brewery store.

In addition to restaurant services, the Vanhan Porvoo panimo Taproom also offers brewery tours and beer tastings. The Taproom does not have its own kitchen, but you can for example grab a
pizza from the neighboring pizzeria and eat at our place while enjoying our craft beers.

Via Armonia serves pizza in Neapolitan style and the ingredients come from Naples. The restaurant is located in an atmospheric building with arched windows and it is a relaxed place where you can enter as you are. The space can accommodate about 40 people.
