The WSOY building’s auditorium provides excellent meeting rooms even for larger groups. There are 134 seats and the front of the bench rows can be accessed with a wheelchair. The auditorium has a video projector, overhead projector and a flip chart. It is also possible to make coffee on the premises.

A spacious continental-style café and banqueting facility in the heart of Porvoo on the edge of Runeberginpuisto Park. The café, which is open for lunch every day from 10.30 am-2.30 pm, has an unbeatable selection of cakes and pastries. There is also an elegant suite that can be reserved for conferences and functions such as wedding receptions. In summer the park terrace is open, depending on the weather.

The Art Factory Culture and Congress Centre is a spectacular place for experiential meetings. The heart of the renovated factory building is the Avanti hall (800 people). Other premises include the Factory Hall (200 people), smaller meeting rooms (10–90 people) and the cinema auditoriums (50–250 people). Culture House Grand is located centrally right along the Porvoo market place and boasts a homely atmosphere in a 1930’s house. Havulinna can host up to 80 people, including tableware and cutlery. Havulinna’s atmospheric great hall features a unique fireplace, log ceiling and wooden floors. The light-filled kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of space for working. The yard is spacious and extremely well suited for different activities. There is also plenty of space for parking.

Idyllic manor milieu only 3 km from Porvoo centre. The manor has three separate suites for conferences and other functions. In the main manor building, the banquet hall is beside the lovely old park. It has seating for about 120 guests. In the red brick warehouse, there is a vaulted cellar with a historic atmosphere, with seating for 80+20. The second floor of the warehouse houses the Gallery. It has seating for about 150 guests. The conference and banqueting facilities are open by arrangement.

At the Kivilinnan Tila farm, about 6 km north of the center of Porvoo, there is an atmospheric and cozy event location renovated over the barn for rent during the summer season. The space hosts about 30 people.

The space is well suited for e.g. celebrating graduation parties or birthdays and organizing work well-being days. The equipment includes a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker and kettle. There is a clean outdoor rest room for guests to use.

Korsnäs Gård is a lovely manor built in 1897 and located in the beautiful countryside 10 km south of the idyllic Old Porvoo. Here, you can organise meetings and trainings for up to 20 people. The manor has free Wi-Fi. The guests can also swim in the sea or a lake and enjoy the sauna. Fishing is also possible. Accommodation only in the summer for up to 8 people.

Kråkö Bryggeri is a small brewery on the island of Kråkö, 15 km south of the center of Porvoo. You can get there not only by car, but also by sea (pier length over 100m) or even by helicopter (field on the beach).

The premises are Kråkö’s former school buildings, which have a brewery restaurant, conference facilities and two art galleries. Outdoors there is a stage, a hop garden, a natural flower meadow and a huge 15,170 m² drinking area.

In addition to restaurant services, Kråkö Bryggeri offers beer training, tasting events, conference facilities, a recreation and development day program and hovercraft cruises in winter.

Bistro Gustaf is a fully licensed restaurant inspired by French cuisine, that operates in Porvoo city centre, in the historical building of an old pharmacy. Le Cabinet de Elina is our comfortable meeting room where you can organise family occasions or parties. Our meeting room is perfectly suited for functions of 10–14 people, and the maximum number of people in the room is 30. Through us, you can also book the attic space in our building for trainings and meetings of up to 100 people. Dinner, lunch, snacks and coffee can be organised also on the attic.

Levinin juhlatila is located on the riverbank, close to the port of Porvoo and Runeberg’s home. The historical building has been operating as  abanquet and conference facility since 1987.

Levinin juhlatila offers a great space for organizing parties, conference meetings and other events such as weddings, birthdays, graduations and company parties from 10 to 75 persons. Also possible to arrange different kinds of concerts and music performances. You will get a piano as well as various audio and video devices.

m/s J.L. Runeberg cruises almost daily between Helsinki and Porvoo from May to September. Built originally as a steamship in Helsinki in 1912, the vessel is still in superb condition. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take a cruise through the wonderful archipelago seascape!

Pensselitehdas is an industrial building with an area of approximately 1700m2 located in the Tarmola industrial area in Porvoo. Since the beginning of 2020, work, hobby and performance spaces have been built in the bowels of the building for various cultural activities. The activities will be carried out by the non-profit Music and Culture Association Pensselitehdas ry.

Pinecrest Villa features a modern castle tower and is located on the beautiful island of Emäsalo, Porvoo. The area includes a 300 meters long sand beach, a pier, and in total a 2.6 ha garden and forest area.

This unique property is available for small events (up to 20 seated for meeting or dinning) and comfortable accommodation (up to 8-10 people in five bedrooms).  Pinecrest Villa offer our guests space to breathe and relax in a high standard of homely setting. Historical red-brick riverside warehouse with four storeys was completed in 1902. The second floor hosts a different kind of meeting and function venue. The atmospheric setting is suitable for many different events, such as meetings, trainings, birthday parties and get-togethers. Master coffee roaster’s coffee courses and cupping of different coffee varieties.

Lunch, dinner and snacks can be organised in the facilities as the customer wishes. The large tables accommodate around 30 people sitting down. In addition, the premises have puffy leather armchairs where you can relax and enjoy a good conversation.

Unique function and meeting premises in a historical shore warehouse in Old Porvoo. The premises are a perfect fit for different celebrations and meetings. Restaurant Ranta-Aitta is located in the lovely red-ochre warehouses of Old Porvoo, right by the river. Our menu is inspired by Japanese and nikkei-style food. We have a lovely large terrace and a warm interior in red-ochre warehouses. The warehouses have a long history and have been used for example as salt storage, J.L. Runeberg’s home and  the history now continues as a restaurant. The restaurant can also be reached by boat. Dogs are warmly welcome. You can also reserve a fireplace shed under the winter season. The space has a wonderful fireplace and seating for 25 persons. There is also a space upstairs where you can hold meetings, screen and projector are available.

To honour summer we have opened a great new steak restaurant. We welcome you to our summer restaurant Fryysarinranta to enjoy the riverside atmosphere and our delicious food from the barbecue. Even with a large group you can admire the magnificent view from the terrace and the idyllic Old Town milieu. Inside the imposing stone walls of the WSOY building, in the former cinema, beats the heart of a cultural space with a difference: the cosy and delicious Aatos Café in the lobby of Vanha 123 is a meeting place for a wide range of cultural offerings. The entire 300 square metre space is available for rent, including three auditorium-style cinema rooms and a lobby café. With seating for around 80-100 people, the halls are also available for individual hire by the day or by the hour. The halls can also be easily adapted to cater for smaller groups for parties, meetings or recreation days. Aatos Café is responsible for the catering, tailoring a menu to suit the occasion. All premises are licensed to serve drinks.

Vanha Navetta is a unique and charming restaurant along Porvoo river in Kerko village. We offer high class food with excellent service.

In Vanha Navetta, modern technology meets a decades-old milieu – but fortunately well hidden. The unique milieu and treats from the kitchen provide an inspiring setting for a meeting day all year around.

Via Armonia serves pizza in Neapolitan style and the ingredients come from Naples. The restaurant is located in an atmospheric building with arched windows and it is a relaxed place where you can enter as you are. The space can accommodate about 40 people.

Villa Svensk is located in the Hinthaara village approximately 10 km north-west of Porvoo. It is a quiet venue in the centre of the village. The house features two rooms, 135 square metres in total, a kitchen and bathrooms. Dinner and coffee tableware for 50 people. It is also possible to stay overnight on the premises. There are also 9 trailing parking spots.

Villa Valo provides a unique setting for small meeting groups. If you really want to quiet down and linger a while by your roots, Villa Valo is the perfect meeting location for you. Porvoo Villas offers a venue with accommodation for 10-30 people. There are three villas – Villa Eriksberg and Villa Blomvik are located on the island of Kråkö, about 17 km from the center of Porvoo. The third villa, Villa Nyåker, is located in Gäddrag, Tirmo. We also offer catering services from wedding meals to breakfast. The villas’ saunas and hot tub with sea view crowns the guests’ evening.
