Jarkko Ahola, My Way – 10th Anniversary
Ten years ago, a lot happened in Jarkko Ahola’s career. His achievements already included two highly successful solo Christmas albums. The TV show Tähdet, tähdet also introduced new facets of the rock tenor to a wider audience. Naturally, when talking about Jarkko, one cannot ignore the platinum-era days of Teräsbetoni that preceded his solo career.
Jarkko made a bold leap in his career, transitioning—perhaps even to his own surprise—from the dim atmosphere of clubs to the grand stages of major concert halls. His style remained uncompromised. That’s why the tour was aptly named My Way.
The halls filled with people, thunderous applause, and a palpable atmosphere. The artist discovered an entirely new world and hasn’t had to look back since.
Now, Jarkko Ahola celebrates this magical era with the My Way – 10th Anniversary tour.
