We walk together to the heart of the forrest. We strech our bodies with easy movements with help of trees and big stones. At the end of the session, we relax while sitting on stones. Deep Forest Relaxation refreshes and balances your body and mind effectively.
Your instructor is Anu Tuomaala, yoga teacher and Master in Physican Education. The duration of the session is 75 minutes. Dress up in suitable outdoor clothing according to the season. The instructor will bring underseats.
